Tax Exemption Requirements
my911shop.com products are currently available for sale to tax exempt agencies nationwide.
Note: (Texas agencies must provide a tax-exemption status document prior to order processing/shipment).

Purchases by tax-exempt agencies can be made with credit card, check, or Purchase Order.
Note: Individuals (not residing in the state of Texas) may order using a credit card.

Shipping & Delivery
In Stock Orders
Once In-Stock orders are placed and approved, our goal is to ship in-stock products within business days.
Custom & High Quantity Orders
Custom and High Quantity orders can be accommodated. Please allow and additional 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Order Processing / Shipment Delays
If order processing/shipment will be delayed for any reason, we will contact you and let you know of a different delivery schedule.
FedEx
All orders will be shipped via FedEx.
P.O. Boxes
We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Texas Orders
Texas orders will be not be processed until tax-exempt status documentation has been received.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping/handling will be charged based on the weight of your order and the FedEx rates for delivery to your shipping address.
Invoice & Payment
The on-line receipt serves as the invoice for your order.
Shipping and handling will be included in the total on the invoice.
